Pretty good experience

Yeah, they ship internationally! I got my 10'6 pink edition to California last summer. Took about a week and a half, maybe two weeks tops.

I think they do, but it's coming from the Netherlands so expect a bit of a wait. Not like Amazon prime fast, but worth it for the quality.

Looking at the 12'4 family SUP. Does it come with everything you need, like a pump and paddle, or do you have to buy all that separately?

Most of their SUP packages include a pump, paddle, leash, and a backpack. Pretty sure the family one would too. Check the product page details, it usually lists what's in the box.

MOAI is solid! I have the 10'6 all-around and it's super stable, great for learning. My friend has a Bluefin and likes it, but I prefer the feel of my MOAI on the water.

Returns were pretty straightforward for me when I had to send back an accessory. You just initiate it through their site. Just make sure you read the full policy on their website for the exact timeframe and conditions.

I've heard it's relatively easy, but since they're in the Netherlands, shipping it back might be a bit of a cost on your end. Afaik, it has to be unused and in original packaging.
